Graduate Tuition Rates

Nondegree Tuition Rates

Tuition rates for nondegree students are determined by their degree classification. Nondegree students with an undergraduate degree have a degree code that allows them to register for graduate-level courses (NDG), and those without an undergraduate degree have a degree code that only allows them to register for undergraduate courses (NDU). Students with an NDG degree code will be charged the graduate tuition rate, regardless of the level of the courses they register for. Those with an NDU degree code will be charged the undergraduate rate.

The fees are mandatory, nonrefundable, one-time fees. Fees are charged to the account of every newly admitted, degree-seeking student when registered for classes regardless of orientation attendance or enrollment status.

International Student Health Insurance

Health insurance is required for all F-1 and J-1 visa holders. International students who fail to adhere to this policy are subject to class cancellation. Health insurance fees are deducted from all payments received by the University before funds are applied to tuition or other charges. For more information, please visit Student Health Services web site.

Late Registration Fee

The fee, in the amount of $125, will be automatically assessed to students who add their first class of the semester on August 31 through the add deadline. This fee does not apply to students enrolled in classes prior to the start of the semester who make schedule adjustments. Approved registrations past the add deadline will incur additional fees.

Late Payment Fee

Failure to make a payment on or before the due date is subject to 10%, up to $125, late payment fee.

Return Check Fee

For each check returned by the bank unpaid, a $50 return check fee will be charged. If a return check results in an unpaid account, a late fee and financial suspension may apply.

Collection of Accounts

Failure to meet financial obligations to the University may result in the delinquent account being placed with a collection agency, withholding of money from tax returns, and other collection procedures. Students are responsible for costs incurred by the University in collecting their delinquent accounts.
